Susan R. Gross

Susan R. Gross is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Supreme Court of Florida.


Susan R. Gross is a graduate of Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York (B.A. 1985) and Suffolk University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts (J.D. 1989).

James L. Newman, Jr.

James L. Newman, Jr., is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court District Court for the District of New Jersey. Jim is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. He regularly sits as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia.


Jim is a graduate of Peirce Junior College (A.S. 1990), Temple University (B.A. 1993), and Widener University School of Law J.D. (2002)

Bernard M. Gross

Bernard M. Gross was a graduate of Central High School of Philadelphia (B.A. 1952), the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (B.S. 1956), and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (L.L.B. 1959). Mr. Gross was an active member of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America since 1960.
